1 tablespoon flaxseeds
plus 1/4 cup boiling water. You place it in a blender and mix it till
it froths like an egg. It is a good way to add some Omega-3's into the
diet. Normally you don't want to cook with flax, but because it is
used in baked goods, the flax does not denature."
ANOTHER
Two rounded tablespoons soy flour substitutes excellently for one egg (and
is better for you, too.) Don't forget to add a little extra liquid to
make up for the dryness of the flour.
