Marriage Notes for Joseph Ami George Perrin and Adeline CHARBONNEAU-32
Quote from Bottineau county Records as researched by Daniel Gulstad of theBottineau County Historical society". Today the courthouse records were ready and there was the marriage of Adeline Scharborough age 16 signed by her father Joseph Scharborough of Tarusu as she was a minor to George Perrin age 22 of Lordsburg. Signed on 14 Sept. 1894 by Wm. Grassie, Judge of County Court. (Mr. Scharborough made an X so I assume he could not write). They were married in the Tarsus Church on Sept. 17th with George Toupin and Ermida..." (attending I assume) Although the Adeline's last name is spelled differently, I am certain that it is the same Adeline Charbonneau I have grown to know and love as "Grandma."
